check-in mess additional wait

the breakfast selection was amazing. i was impressed with the variety.

Check-in was a mess. I arrived at 15:35, yet i had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be cleaned. there was no apology or acknowledgement of the delay, which i found unacceptable.
