The bed was spacious and comfortable for two people. A fan was provided, which i appreciated during the summer. A mosquito net allowed us to open the window at night. The large hairdryer was also a great amenity.

the room was a little smaller than it was in the pictures. however, it was still manageable for a short stay.

the check-in and check-out process used mobile phones, convenient. new towels and cups were easily accessible. Free lockers with a valid PIN allowed entrance to the hotel on arrival and departure day.

the location allows easy access to public transport. It is about 15 minutes walk to the city center. cafes are about 8 minutes walk. Several free parking places are available too!

the coffee machine made delicious coffee all day long. a fridge was also available to store our food which was a great addition. customer care responded quickly through a whatsapp message and were available at all times. all in all, this was a great value.

The room design is not very practical. There is a bed sheet, but there is no storage space for it. there are table lamps next to the bed, but they are so big you cannot use them. the tv is there, but you need watch it at side.

the room and bathroom felt spacious and well maintained. bath linen and toiletries were provided in sufficient quantities for a few days. the bed was spacious and very comfortable for two people. since it was summer, a fan was provided.

the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. it is about a 20 minute walk to the city center. the neighborhood has nice cafes nearby. i found the location fairly close to the hohensalzburg fortress.

The hotel provided a spacious and comfortable bed, very suitable for two people. I also found the free parking right outside the hotel quite convenient. Unlimited free juice, beer, and coffee were a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

There was no housekeeping service, rooms were not cleaned . Used dishes remained for days, and fresh towels were not provided. The lounge area was not very clean. Tables required wiping due to crumbs or coffee stains.
