The staff was very friendly. every morning, i looked forward to breakfast, wonderfully diverse. a lovely touch was the availability of complimentary drinks in the lobby. I could always grab some coffee.

the rooms were a bit dated. the air conditioning was loud, a real disruption. the blinds didn't close properly, leaving us feeling exposed and lacking privacy. if the rooms were updated, especially with quieter a/c and better window coverings, it would improve the experience.

i found the staff very kind and helpful. i appreciated the cozy communal areas with games and a piano. the hotel offered a good breakfast (it was wonderfully diverse). there were complimentary drinks available in the lobby (a lovely touch).

the thermostat in the room seemed to not work properly. i noticed cold air blowing through the vents all night even when it was off. the blankets were thin, and i felt cold during the night.
