the concierge at level 1 was friendly and helpful. they helped negotiate a taxi fare from the airport. the location is also good. i found it very convenient.
the phone signal in my room was bad , perhaps due to the high floor. the breakfast selection was very limited , and the quality was poor. it seemed they did not refill items once they ran out.
