the staff were very friendly and quick to help! the location was amazing, so many bars and restaurants were in walking distance. i liked the free bikes, i saw so much more than i thought i would.
The gym was small. It didn't have much equipment.

i like the multiple activities the hotel offered, like pottery and yoga. the pool area seemed lush. breakfast had extensive choices. i found nature elements like frogs very lovely.
a minor issue i experienced was the shower head in my renovated room. it should be more adjustable. water sprays directly onto the door, this causes water to run across the bathroom floor.

the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool has twenty loungers with a shaded section. there is a pottery class offered daily at 10 am, the yoga is at 6pm.

the hotel is a short walk to the ancient town, roughly 5 minutes. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. bikes are on site available who likes to explore the city.

the room decoration for my birthday was such a lovely surprise, i felt so remembered when i saw it was the same room we stayed in five years before. breakfasts were delicious with varied options to suit every desire, i found the staff courteous, helpful, and sweet. the pool area was very well maintained and comfortable, the water's quality and temperature were perfect, and the pool staff were attentive without being overbearing.
the gym needed a bit more attention, it felt small and uninspired.

the superior room had a lovely pool view and was always kept clean. the bed linens felt soft, and the pillows were just right. i did notice daily fresh flowers were a sweet touch.

the pool was a highlight, it was never too crowded and always so inviting. the gardens offered a peaceful retreat with many beautiful plants and quiet spots. i saw they have a cooking school, i'd love to return and try that one day.

the location was perfect, it allowed easy access to all the little shops and restaurants. i walked everywhere, it was close to so many things. it was also easy to get a taxi from the hotel when needed.

I loved the staff, they were so helpful and kind, providing excellent service every day. the breakfast options were fantastic. I found so many delicious things to eat, i felt indulged and cared for.
The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment. I noticed the doors sometimes struggled with the keys, it made me worry they might jam. the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing because i could hear hallway noises.
