late openingunexpected loud alarm
the rooftop bar was advertised heavily, though it didn't open until 4pm which was quite late for a pre-dinner drink. also, during maintenance, the fire alarm went off without any prior warning given to guests. i had to call reception to confirm the alarm wasn't real. it was frustrating, unexpected loud alarm.

The room was very clean, equipped with toiletries, and a window to the atlantic provided beautiful views. breakfast started the day wonderfully. upon arrival, the staff greeted me with canarian hospitality. They went the extra mile to ensure my time was special.
the sound proofing needs improvement. i could hear sounds from other rooms and noise above at night. i informed the reception and was told i could move rooms, but it became too exhausting to do so with only a few nights left.

the hotel is situated one minute walking distance from the sandy beach. everything needed is nearby. the rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view of the entire beach, a perfect spot for relaxation.

the soundproofing was non-existent. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including snoring and tv shows. reception offered a room change, but it never materialized, leaving me stuck with the noise.

i found the location excellent. the reception staff was lovely and very helpful. the breakfast was excellent with smoked salmon and chef-prepared omelettes. the dining room staff were also very attentive.

Our double room was modern, clean, and tidy. the bathroom was well-equipped and spacious. Fresh towels were supplied daily. a liter of drinking water was provided each day, which i appreciated.

the beds were comfortable! all staff proved very friendly and ready to help. breakfast offered high-quality and varied choices. i particularly loved the excellent coffee and fresh juices available. the rooms and all public areas displayed extreme cleanliness. i appreciated this a lot.
soundproofing was not great, as i could hear noises from neighboring rooms. i could hear tv sounds. also, sounds of furniture moving occurred late each night. i mentioned this at reception, but a solution was not found .

the breakfast selection was tasty. it offered enough choice to satisfy everyone. the food was AMAZING!!! i highly recommend including breakfast during your stay, as it provides a strong start to the day.

I found the breakfast tasty with various choices offered. The bed was very comfortable and large enough for me. The room had ample space although its windows faced an internal part of the building making it a bit dark.
Sound proofing was nonexistent. I heard neighbors easily. Tv noises were heard, also furniture sounds late at night.
