solid stay near main attractions
dark room convenient location
i appreciated how dark the room got at night. this was great for sleep. the location was very convenient for seeing many popular sites (i visited casa batlló).

Wonderful HOTEL experience
large room double sinks espresso machine free drinks
i appreciated the large room i was given. Double sinks WERE very convenient. i also liked the espresso machine in my room. a lot of free drinks was upon arrival. the staff was friendly.
i noticed ONLY one chair in the room, difficult for two people to sit comfortably TOGETHER.

the hotel is situated in a very good AREA. it is close to many points of interest. i found it very easy to walk to shops and restaurants from the premises.

adequate but underwhelming stay
dust accumulation lingering odor
the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful . they assisted me with directions and information about local attractions.
I FOUND the room maintenance lacking. There was a noticeable dust accumulation on surfaces and a lingering odor in the bathroom. this detracted from what i expect of a hotel room. THE hotel SHOULD address these issues.

fantastic location, great amenities
ideal location breakfast variety respectful staff
the hotel had an ideal location, quite close to the metro and bus lines. it allowed easy access to numerous tourist spots! breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of options. the staff was helpful and courteous throughout my stay.
I found the restaurant service to be a bit slow. I also felt it wasn't always as friendly as i expected.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. omelets and pancakes were available upon request. the restaurant offered an all-day menu with various options, though service was occasionally slow.

The room was spacious and well-kept, and it included a comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked effectively. the bathroom featured modern fixtures and provided sufficient toiletries. The room also featured soundproofing.
