the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful . they assisted me with directions and information about local attractions.
I FOUND the room maintenance lacking. There was a noticeable dust accumulation on surfaces and a lingering odor in the bathroom. this detracted from what i expect of a hotel room. THE hotel SHOULD address these issues.

the hotel had an ideal location, quite close to the metro and bus lines. it allowed easy access to numerous tourist spots! breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of options. the staff was helpful and courteous throughout my stay.
I found the restaurant service to be a bit slow. I also felt it wasn't always as friendly as i expected.
