The staff at reception was SUPER helpful. The hotel provided a free water bottle filling station, essential. The hotel is also conveniently located near a metro station.
The air conditioning did NOT work properly. It was hot. I could hear a fan noise ALL night, even with the AC turned off. The cleaning between nights took only five minutes, and I could tell the floor was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel bar provided fresh drinks before our evenings out. The pool and sauna allowed us to relax after long days of walking. I found the room comfortable with desktop phone charging pads. The shower provided an amazing and refreshing blast of water. It was the best shower I've had in a long time.

The staff kindly accommodated my requests for the room and helped arrange a couple's massage. The overall experience was very positive. I felt all my needs were met by the attentive staff at the hotel.

the staff seemed friendly, i found that ACCEPTABLE.
The air conditioning didn't work RIGHT. it was too hot in my room even after i adjusted the settings. also, the mini fridge wasn't stocked with any water. I had to buy a bottle.
