mixed feelings about the stay
street view no heating
the location proved convenient to the train station staff answered many questions
my room faced directly onto the street people could easily see inside i found this unpleasant the room felt humid and cold it lacked any heating i unfortunately caught a cold

adequate stay
helpful staff double sinks dirty carpet poor ventilation
the staff members, philips and alexander, were helpful. the shower room included double sinks, convenient. i appreciated this feature . it made getting ready easier.
the carpet seemed not very clean. there also seemed to be a lack of proper ventilation. these aspects affected the overall comfort a little.

cigarette odor small room
The staff at the front desk was helpful .
The room was quite small. I felt cramped. There was also a noticeable cigarette odor in the room. I found this unpleasant. The price was high for what I received. I had expected more for the money.
