Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues at This Resort
twin beds run-down resort
Okay, so the room they gave me? Two twin beds shoved together. A total joke. There was this lovely gap right down the middle. the resort looked like it saw better days back in the early 90s. I guess the pictures online are doing some heavy lifting because reality was.. rough.

lovely vacation spot
ocean view room respectable wine good location
i avoided all-inclusive resorts, but we thought to save money. we were surprised by the quality and comfort. the room facing ocean was large. respectable wine and booze were available, and the barmen were great. the beach was great, and the location was good, about fifteen minutes from v. c. bird int.
the cleaning lady did not bring water the second day. the hotel is pet bottle free. you go and fill up water, fine.

the staff was very helpful with planning excursions around the island. they were always nice and polite, a great thing. securing transportation to various sites was easy due to their help and expertise.

serene beachfront stay
calm atmosphere helpful staff empty beach covered patio
i liked that this resort provided a calm atmosphere right by the ocean. the staff demonstrated helpfulness. i observed the beach and pool were frequently empty. the room came with air conditioning and a fridge. there was a covered patio including chairs facing the pool.
there were many steps between the lobby and rooms. this made navigating the resort difficult for someone with limited mobility.

the greeting upon arrival was friendly. i appreciated the quick online check-in process. staff explained all times and amenities clearly. a porter took bags to the room.

the pool area has covered sunbeds and chairs. there is a smaller beach with sunbeds by the ocean. complimentary wifi worked in all areas. water bottles were provided. a water refill station was available in the lobby.

all meals are served in the restaurant. it had an ocean view. the menu provided many choices. the service was quick and friendly. i found the food varied and well prepared.
