The location is excellent. It is right on the beach! the rooms are comfortable and clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the beach service. i really appreciated how attentive they were to our needs throughout the day.
the coffee maker in the room was a bit tricky to use, i ended up going to the restaurant each morning for coffee.

The beach bar offers very good food. I ate there several times. complimentary breakfast was provided daily. This was because i booked directly. resident cats are present during meals. They added a nice touch.

The room was clean, cool, and inviting upon arrival. housekeeping services were provided every day . quiet and comfortable conditions were maintained each night. This ensured restful sleep. the bed was comfortable!!!

The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas every day. the pool area looked nice and clean, although i did not use it much. there is a floating deck available. It is a short swim from the beach. the hotel appears beautiful once you enter from the road.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. The staff seems to enjoy working there. marlon provided excellent beach service. He brought drinks and set up chairs. the hotel has regular staff trainings, this ensures guest satisfaction. american currency is accepted for payments.

the staff was friendly. i especially remember delroy and marlon who provided excellent beach service (they really were really nice!).

the pool was very clean. there is a mini-mart available in the hotel lobby. it is convenient for stocking the fridge with drinks and snacks (i found this really useful).

the housekeeping staff was thorough and cleaned the room daily. i received complimentary breakfast daily as i booked directly with the hotel. the check-in was efficient and the front desk staff was friendly.

The beach was fine. It featured clean, white sand and calm, turquoise waters. Staff members were attentive. They ensured guests had everything needed for a relaxing time. The beachfront location was picturesque (I especially enjoyed my morning walks).

Rooms have big bathrooms. The cleaning service is fantastic. My room was amazingly comfortable and included a beautiful shower. Black out curtains in the living area would be a nice addition.

The staff are super friendly. They were continually greeting guests warmly. The housekeeping staff did a super job (they always said a cheery good morning!). The beach guys are the best.

The food is of a very good standard. Cocktails are delicious! I had a mango paloma, it was the best one I ever tried. Restaurant staff are equally friendly.
