I found the staff to be cute and helpful. Blondelle and Zoe at the front desk, and Jessica and Gabrielle at Splash restaurant really stood out. The hotel location allows convenient access to nearby shops, a pharmacy, and a spa. There's an inviting on-site swimming pool, along with a bar and restaurants for leisure.
The doors looked a little tired, they could use a facelift. I noticed some of the grounds seemed a bit dry.

The hotel restaurant was excellent. It was also convenient to have shopping options nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I found my room to be super clean and cozy.
The front desk was not open 24 hours. The towels felt quite rough against my skin. I noticed some sort of pest problem on my last night. There was nobody available to address it because of the service hours.

the room was spacious enough for a short stay.
The water situation was a joke. They warned us about possible disruptions, but it was still annoying. plus, getting any helpful information from the front desk was like pulling teeth. I swear they just shrugged and said 'i don't know' to everything. i expected more for the price.
