The reception staff were helpful. They provided an ireland phone charger. breakfast offered multiple options, and dinner was available in the bar. i moved my car during the day to avoid getting a ticket.
i found the public town car park was subject to tickets, and i needed to move my car.

the front desk staff displayed friendly service and genuine irish hospitality. the team showed a warm welcome during check-in. staff provided assistance for anything needed . the welcome at reception was fantastic!

the hotel offered live music in the little pub, it had great music! the central location on the high street provided easy access to shops. there are multiple bars and spaces in the building. parking is behind the hotel.

the hotel is central and easy to access. the receptionist was very friendly and upgraded my room. the pub had a great atmosphere and the food was of good quality.
the bathroom was a bit small.

breakfast was generous ,satisfying and featured excellent options. i enjoyed a long-awaited beamish in the pub one evening , with a seafood chowder ,a real treat as i can't get that back home.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the receptionist greeted me with a genuine smile , which i found very refreshing ,and they were very responsive when i needed assistance with the bathroom taps.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel had a lot of history displayed on the walls (i'm a history fan). The food was also quite good. A group played music in the bar one evening.
The room felt dated. It was also quite dusty. The windows and blinds inside were dirty (unfortunately). I noticed a musty smell throughout the building.
