I found a nice bed and shower. There were ample supplies left for a lovely breakfast, also nice coffee. The hostess was very attentive.
The people next door were noisy until 4am! This was made worse by less than adequate sound proofing. I also found the parking area quite small. The signal for WiFi was very weak in the room.

i appreciated the provided breakfast items. there were cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and bread. coffee and tea facilities were available too. the bed felt very comfortable. the bath had plenty of hot water.
The sound proofing could be improved. It was slightly disruptive.

the location was acceptable.
The noise was unbelievable. i could hear everything from the adjacent room, even normal conversations. Less than ideal sound proofing made it worse. then the shower temperature was inconsistent. it fluctuated wildly between hot and cold
