tea coffee restaurant staff helpful manager hook absence bathroom hooks shower screen
the room included tea and coffee facilities with packs of cookies. the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. the manager offered to carry my holdall to the room when i checked in. IT was thoughtful.
the room was fine. BUT there was nowhere to hang anything apart from three hooks. there were no hooks even in the bathroom. the shower screen rubber seals need replacing as water leaked all over the floor.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
street noise unstable connection
the staff was helpful, assisting me with directions and providing extra towels.
The noise levels from the street were quite high, continuing late into the night. also, the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It was difficult to maintain a consistent warm temperature (a bit annoying). finally, the wifi signal was weak and unreliable. I struggled to get a stable connection.

I found the room temperature dropped significantly overnight I found no bedside tables available These omissions impacted convenience I expected better organization The absence of even a small table surface was quite inconvenient

free parking friendly staff restaurant food convenient location
I really liked the free parking. It was super convenient. the staff were friendly. the food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! i also appreciated how close it was to thorpe park. It saved so much travel time.
The tv signal in the room was not the best. I struggled to get a clear picture.

The location is perfect for visiting thorpe park. It is literally minutes away. the hotel provides convenient parking on site. This is a big plus. this location is ideal!

Fantastic stay near Thorpe Park!
comfy beds helpful staff reasonable prices spacious room
The family room suited our needs perfectly. It offered ample space for everyone. The beds were comfy, and I experienced no back pain. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The manager even carried my bag to the room. The food was nice and reasonably priced.
The room temperature was a little warm, so I opened the window in February.
