farm stay was so great!
freshly cooked breakfastwell kept groundsextra amenities
I loved the freshly cooked breakfast. The chef even made special pancakes (so yummy!). the grounds were really well kept. It was like walking through a postcard. our room had extra amenities like a fan, iron, ironing board. a good selection of tea and coffee.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noises from other rooms.

the surroundings feature beautiful fields and horses. it is near arun crematorium, useful for those attending services. the farm provides a peaceful retreat away from city noise.

the rooms are spacious and very clean with cottage-style decor. our room included a comfortable bed and had all necessary items like a fan and ironing board. there was a wide selection of tea, coffee, and cocoa available.

some issues during stay
quiet locationhot waterboiler issue
the location was indeed quiet and peaceful, as advertised.
I had issues with hot water . i rang the 24-hour help line, but it went to voicemail which was really frustrating, especially at night. i had to boil kettles to wash. It wasn't comfortable.. when i reported it to the breakfast guy, he mentioned the boiler lost pressure, but i never heard back about compensation from the owner.

The staff were really friendly, I think. Andy gave us such great banter at breakfast. The whole place is gorgeous, I tell you. The rooms were super cosy, you know.
There was no hot water during my whole stay, so sad. I rang the 24 hour help because there is no reception at night. It went to answer machine. I boiled kettles for a wash, it was awfull. No compensation was given.

peaceful getaway

the staff was lovely and very accomodating. andy cooked superb breakfasts every day. jacko offered help at every opportunity. the situation was great, with only a short walk along a path until woodland was reached, my dog greatly appreciated it!
the room walls were very thin. i was able to clearly hear coughing and shaving. i did suffer until nearly 1am when i banged on the wall, then the tv was turned down.

the location was beautiful and very peaceful. the bed and breakfast is close to the woodland area, ideal for dog walks and enjoying nature. several pubs with food are within walking distance.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. the cook is a very kind gentleman and makes sure everyone has everything they need during breakfast time. It was amazing!!!
