The digital key was very impersonal. I prefer a human touch. It created a slight disconnect.

difficult check-in small room
the location was central. it made getting around fairly easy.
The self check-in was not great. i didn't find it very easy to use the app and took a while to access my room. The room was smaller than it looked in photos. also, the bathroom sink was oddly positioned. it made simple tasks a bit awkward.
