a charming find!

modern decorfriendly staffsoundproofing
i found the hotel to be beautifully decorated, i was surprised by how well it was maintained. the location was superb for exploring, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. the staff were so friendly and helpful, it.
The wooden hallway caused considerable noise. I clearly heard people walking and talking from my room. the soundproofing could definitely be improved to ensure a more peaceful experience. this impacted my stay a lot.

The room featured high ceilings and provided great light from the windows, i was very charmed. i noticed that the modern decor enhanced the overall aesthetic. It created a very appealing space for me.

The check-in attendants offered welcome drinks, including juices, beer, and wine, a nice touch. the reception staff was fantastic. I felt they were pretty good. the bike rental service offered bikes in excellent condition and very comfortable to ride.

The location was almost in the city center. It made accessing the attractions easy. the hotel is near a central park, and many restaurants are within walking distance. this was a very convenient and charming aspect for me.

the hotel is in a great location close to museums and transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh fruit and made-to-order options. i especially appreciated the attentive service.
the room had a small bathroom with limited privacy this was due to a glass wall separating it from the bedroom.

The room was not big enough. The bathroom had no water pressure. The bathroom fogs up so much after a shower that it is impossible to shave.

The staff were very warm upon arrival and offered beverages. The room was bright and very clean. I found the location to be excellent, located near the Rijksmuseum and across from Vondelpark. I was happy to have air conditioning during the heat wave.
The noise from the wooden hallway was very audible. I could hear people walking and talking clearly from my room.

The location was convenient. It was an easy walk to the rijksmuseum (i love art!). the front desk staff was also helpful. the housekeeping was great. i would consider staying there again.
the shower and toilet area in my room was a bit small.
