Excellent stay

I found value for money in this place. The owners are hospitable. The room included a glass of wine when I arrived. I received a nice veggie breakfast roll, it was included. I did recommend it thoroughly.
I did see worn carpets and a hard mattress, it seemed old. I do think a better mattress is necessary.

The proprietors are attentive and kind people. Hannah greeted me with a drink, it was complimentary from their bar. She did help me with my luggage, I appreciated it.

The place has an excellent location on the seafront. The building is close to the beach. I walked easily to the Turner Contemporary. The hotel is near the center.

The room has an unbelievable sea view. My room was spacious. The fresh towels seemed clean. The hallway was comfortably warm, I did like it.

I found friendly hosts really helpful. The location includes cafes, pubs, and a rail station. My room was spacious, it was really lovely. They give a delicious bacon roll.

A wonderful stay with kind hosts

the hosts were AMAZING. They helped me with my luggage, which i appreciated greatly. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival and a lovely breakfast roll each morning. The location was convenient, and i easily walked to the beach and the Turner Contemporary.
The carpets showed some wear. This was barely noticeable, though.

the carpets showed significant wear. they looked quite shabby. also, the mattress firmness was not to my liking. it felt excessively hard to me. i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this. proper mattress quality is essential!!!

i received a welcome drink upon arrival. i enjoyed a breakfast sandwich. it was a super sweet touch. hannah, steve, and their son dave were cute, and they made sure i had everything i needed.
the worn carpets were a bit shabby.

The breakfast roll provided each morning was a nice touch. The location was excellent. It was very close to the Turner gallery. (i could walk there in minutes). The owners were friendly. They offered helpful information about the surrounding area.
The room had only one electrical outlet near the bed.
