I adored the kindness of the team. They assisted with every need. breakfast showcased very nice variety. the terrace gave us fine balloon views, a magical start to each day. it was like a shared dream. I wanted to stay longer. we found love in every detail, from the service to the scenery, it was perfection. i will always remember this experience.
The bathroom had a slight musty odor. I hoped for a fresher feel, but it was minor. perhaps a little airing out could help. still, this was just a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

The staff was always ready to assist and very kind. breakfasts offered a great variety of options each morning. the hotel's location is central, providing easy access to nearby amenities, yet remains peaceful. i especially enjoyed the terrace. Watching the hot air balloons in the morning was a special experience.
i noticed a slight smell from the bathroom drains. i have experienced this issue in other hotels in the region.
