Central Location, Comfortable Stay

helpful staff wonderful breakfast convenient location
I found the staff very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was wonderful. It was a good way to start each day. The hotel's proximity to the town center, cafes, and bus stops was super convenient for exploring.
The staircase was steep and twisting. The distance from the nearest public car park made it an extra challenge.
Rooms

The Double Room Private Bathroom included a large, deep washbasin. It was ideal for washing. I also used the shower. It had good size. The King-sized bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet.
Location
9/10
The hotel is a short walk from the high street. Independent retailers are near the hotel. A store is located across the street. Various drinking and eating establishments are within walking distance.

The staff were lovely. They were always smiling. The hotel had tea and drink facilities in the room. Coffee, tea, and even a couple sachets of hot chocolate were available. Miniature shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast included fresh fruit salad and yogurt. I also had a croissant. It was still warm and crispy. A well-cooked full English breakfast had more options available. Takeaways can be brought into the dining room at night with plates and utensils provided.

nice stay indeed

island access jazz night
The hotel location was EXCELLENT. It was near the main bus station, made travelling around the island easy. i could easily access attractions like the needles and ventnor by bus. friday evening had a tapas and jazz night. It was a lovely bonus.
The tapas dinner was overpriced and not good. i found that charging seven pounds for two small chicken wings was expensive. the chicken wings did not taste fresh either. They were rather dry
