Excellent Suite and Convenient Amenities
comfortable bed two tvs free parking kitchen amenities
The suite had comfortable beds and two TV screens. The kitchen included a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, and a toaster. It also had a kettle plus all the necessary dishes and cutlery. Free parking was available, which I appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the city centre and the beach made getting around easy.
The stairs to my room were narrow. This made carrying my suitcase a bit challenging.

small kitchen unfair deposit
the room i got wasn't what i expected. i booked a beautiful double room but it was just a regular bedroom with a fridge. a toaster, and a kettle were the only things that came close to a kitchen. i felt misled. there was also a deposit that i didn't think was fair for just a bedroom.

limited parking ineffective heating
The parking was limited, and it became a bit of a hassle trying to find a spot close by. The description implied ample space. also, the room felt quite cold during the night. The heating didn't seem to be working effectively. i did report it, but nothing changed , disappointing, especially given the time of year.

The room had patio doors opening to a garden. A kitchenette was available. It felt well thought out. The room looked light and airy. Netflix on the tv was also available. This was a great addition. The bed felt super comfy.
The door was not easy to open or close. This made handling luggage difficult. The chair had many stains. I did not want to sit on it. I also noticed stains on the floor.
