inconsistent shower temperature low water pressure
the room was clean, that was acceptable.
i had some issues. the shower temperature was inconsistent. it alternated between hot and cold unexpectedly and the water pressure was too low. these issues really impacted the comfort of my showers.

spacious room clean room wardrobe fan mini fridge fridge odour limited space
the room was spacious and very clean. i found a wonderful selection of amenities inside the room. i can't sleep without a fan, and the relief to find one in the wardrobe was immense. the bed was huge and comfortable.
we couldn't use the mini fridge. there was some odour. i found this disappointing. the room lacked space.

dog presents off street parking comfortable bed
The owner gave our dog some gifts. We parked off street with no issues. The bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. Its location is great for beach access. Breakfast was great.
