a mixed experience overall

great onsenmissing mapextra fee
the onsen was good and hardly anyone was there .
The staff didn't mention they had a map for kids to collect stamps at each bath for a prize. Other hotel guests were doing it. i left a key in the room, not knowing i was supposed to turn it in and i was charged $30 since housekeeping had cleared the room already. the hotel is older and a little shabby. It looks nicer in the pictures.
