the staff was really friendly. the breakfast had excellent options.

the valet service whisked my car away. i did not have to worry about parking, which i found acceptable.

The room was not properly serviced on one of the nights. a rod used to open the curtains fell and remained on the floor for two days. it seemed like the staff was disorganized. This was not acceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The room had high-quality finishing and hand-painted walls. This detail really stood out. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt luxurious. Breakfast was consistently delicious.

The rooftop bar was closed for private events on two nights. The lobby bar was not a good alternative. It lacked a view and a bartender when a large tour group was present.

The shower's seal looked dirty in the bathroom, which shouldn't happen in a newer hotel. (it's those little details, i think). more concerning was finding torn bed sheets. Unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the breakfast menu offered items we didn't particularly enjoy. It was quite average.

The rooftop bar was closed due to private events, i felt it unfair because i could not access the advertised amenity. the lobby bar wasn't a good substitute. It lacked both a view and a bartender.
