a reasonable stay
helpful staff complimentary breakfast musty room worn bathrobes
The hotel staff was helpful, especially with directions. The complimentary breakfast each morning arrived promptly at the time I requested. IT was very convenient. I enjoyed the terrace view from my room. It offered a clear look at the caldera.
My room smelled slightly musty upon arrival. The bathrobes provided in the room had a noticeable worn spot. IT was near the pocket. The hot tub area needs some updating. It felt dated.

friendly staff amazing view private pool
the breakfast arrived to our room each morning. it was very good. the staff were friendly. the view from our balcony was amazing. our suite had well sized rooms and beds with enough privacy. the master suite also included a private pool.
there were a lot of steps to manage to get to the room. it is pretty normal for most hotels here though.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It filled me up every morning. The pool was great. It had a good selection of drinks and chairs.
The hotel has a lot of stairs.
