easy accesscramped room
i found the location acceptable , with easy access to transportation.
the room i stayed in felt cramped , especially with luggage. the promised amenities were lacking , specifically the complimentary toiletries.

The hotel had tatami flooring throughout. I appreciated the shoe lockers in the lobby. It kept the hotel very clean. The room felt traditional. The hotel had an onsen and sauna, available for free use.
The hotel had a repetitive song playing. It got quite annoying. I noticed that a staff member showed me a message about tattoos on a tablet without looking at me. This felt impolite.

i really enjoyed the traditional japanese style of the hotel. once inside , i loved that shoes were not allowed , it. the massage chairs added to the relaxing experience.
