The location is fantastic. this made getting around so easy, especially on rainy days! the mattress was comfy (i slept like a baby). the staff are friendly and always ready to assist with a smile.
the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. the selection felt limited and repetitive after a couple of days. more variety would definitely enhance the dining experience and keep things interesting.

amazing central getaway

The location is fantastic with direct access to the whity underground mall which leads to osaka-umeda station. I received my takkyubin'd luggage without a problem. The staff gave clear directions to the train station i needed. Breakfast included surprisingly delicious croissants.
The room was a little small. This impacted my ability to quickly access my belongings and reduced available floor space. The limited space was a notable inconvenience .

The breakfast buffet features a fantastic cafe where i could enjoy the best coffee. The cafe offers an excellent variety of options, all freshly prepared for a good start to the day. The hard-working staff ensures the buffet is always well-stocked and clean.

the location is perfect. i found everything so close. plus, the hotel connects directly to a mall. the staff were very nice and accommodating!!!
