The television offered ONLY local channels. i found no option to stream from my personal accounts! This was MOST undesirable. the staff also neglected replacing used cups and removing empty water bottles one day. A careless oversight i did not expect.

i found the onsen to be a true highlight. it was impeccably clean and well-kept. the amenities provided in my queen room were also great. i had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the staff was helpful.

The tv only had japanese channels. I wanted to watch netflix!
