I found the staff cute when I arrived. The room had tunnocks tea cakes I enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious, I especially liked black pudding.

the staff were super friendly and helpful the scottish breakfast was delicious each morning with good variety the bar area had a great ambiance for an evening drink. the location was also convenient with many restaurants within walking distance it made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.
the bathroom was a bit small it did feel a little cramped especially in the shower area i think a redesign here would definitely improve the overall experience.

my room had a lovely shape with the bed nestled into a window alcove it created a cozy atmosphere for sleeping i found the bed very comfortable and slept well each night.

The bathroom was VERY compact. I found it difficult to move around. There were no individual toiletries, only dispensers in the shower. Breakfast took a long time to arrive each morning, even though there were few guests. The toast was dry and the bacon was overcooked. I had to ask for juice and milk refills.
