A Stay with a Few Issues

The staff was kind when I arrived late. They were helpful and accommodating (it really made a difference). Free parking was available in the yard behind the hotel. Access was private via steel fire-escape stairs.
The shower was never hot. It kept going hot and cold (this was frustrating). The shower rail was broken, and it hurt us. There were no coffee sachets in the room. I only got one milk and one tea bag.

the staff were very helpful and friendly (i appreciated their quick responses). my room was very clean and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the price was fabulous for the location i required. the check-in time was late, which suited my schedule perfectly.
I stayed in a smaller room. It was a bit cold and took some time to warm up.

the accommodation included free parking and complimentary wi-fi, convenient. the room also had tea and coffee facilities, along with a bottle of water. toiletries were provided in the bathroom for added convenience.

the customer service was very good, with excellent and very helpful staff. i received a warm welcome and was shown to my room promptly. the staff were available to address any questions i had throughout my visit.

i found the breakfast to be adequate and fresh. there is a pub and restaurants across the roadwith convenient dining options. the indian restaurant on site also provided lovely food.
