missing coffee machinefrosted windows
the absence of a coffee machine did not thrill me. my room was conveniently located near the front door. this meant i heard every guest's grand entrance and exit. the windows were frosted, so i could not confirm if the promised views existed. breakfast reminded me of a discarded afterthought cheap croissants and questionable milk suggested a certain frugality.

The room was huge, bigger than i expected!!! it was decorated with a special touch. daniel at the front desk was a great help. He even called a cab for me to visit the christmas market. he also provided info on nearby bus and train options. I found his help really good.
my room was right by the front door, so there was some noise from people coming and going. the windows were obscure, so i couldn't see out of them at all. it was a minor inconvenience, but still.
