fantastic stay, charmed location
friendly serviceair filtrationgreat locationweird atmosphere
salman gave me a real nice check in, and he were super friendly. the hotel have good service. the hotel were accommodating because i have bad allergies, and it gave me air filtration for the room. the location is superb.
the lobby layout feel weird. when you deal with reception, you stand in the way of the coffee shop area. it's possible to form queues and that is not great. the reception staff seem to be not helping when coffee shop get busy.

the coffee shop serve good coffee. pastries and dishes are also available. the coffee shop exist downstairs in the foyer. they prepare hot breakfast items.

the hotel is located in front of trafalgar square. charing cross station is very close, about 100 metres. embankment is relatively close. many bars and restaurants exist in the area.

staff is warm and friendly during the day and night. the staff is professional and interested to help. they go out of their way to be helpful. reception personal were polite.

The location was FANTASTIC. I appreciated the easy access to major attractions. The room also featured effective blackout curtains, a nice touch.
The bathroom design presented some challenges. I found it INCONVENIENT to hang towels. a shaver socket did not work, something I believe needs addressing.

The location near the police station meant sirens became my personal wake-up call most nights. Maybe earplugs should be standard amenities. the bathroom was a test of my organizational skills. No logical place existed for towels. The shaver socket was as useful as a chocolate teapot. It didn't work. The lighting also presented an issue. There was no dim option to avoid disturbing my travel companion.

Excellent stay near Trafalgar Square

I appreciated the central location. It was very convenient. The staff let me keep my bags after checkout, helpful (a real lifesaver, actually). The receptionists were cheerful and nice.
I noticed the room was a bit small. There was limited space to place two pieces of luggage, somewhat inconvenient. The closet size was also a bit restrictive. I couldn't hang long coats easily.

The hotel features a 24/7 cafe in the lobby, a great perk for late-night snacks. They offer coffee and bakery products downstairs, providing quick options. The rooftop restaurant also had very nice food.

the location was superb. it was a prime spot to explore. the staff proved helpful and friendly. i liked the modern furnishings and also the complimentary bar. the team quickly resolved a minor shower issue i reported.
the coffee shop area seemed to overlap with the reception area. this sometimes.

the hotel faces trafalgar square. this positioning allowed easy access to major attractions. access to westminster abbey and leicester square were convenient on foot. i found public transport stops nearby for longer trips, and taxis always waited close to the entrance

the room had electric blackout blinds and sound glazing, and i slept peacefully. the air conditioning unit was surprisingly quiet. i really loved the modern decor. the room included essential amenities, and it looked recently renovated, which i think helped.
