the staff was helpful. there was a luggage room available which was very useful. my room was very clean. i had effective air conditioning in the room.
the shower had a fixed shower head and i would have preferred a flexible option.

this location rocks. the tube is super close plus many good shops and restaurants are very near. i left some stuff in the room but cinthya and alejandro at reception got it back. customer service was really great!
the laundry team was loud at 7am saturday with a big lorry. breakfast was not good so i went out next day.

Staff stored my bags after check out, a gesture I neither requested or required.
The room was not great for the cost. The shower head was fixed, a setup that feels rather primitive these days. Temperature control was non existent so I basically spent the whole time fiddling with the settings.

I found the front desk staff helpful. They provided clear directions and assistance with local attractions. the room was well-kept. It included a kettle with tea and coffee supplies, a nice touch. breakfast offered many choices, from cereals to pastries. the proximity to paddington station made airport transfers really easy.
the bathroom fixtures looked a little outdated.
