I stayed in a lovely Boutique Garden room. The room included a powerful air conditioner. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I ate fresh fruit and delicious Thai dishes. The hotel is near the walking street. It was easy to walk there!!!

The gardens and landscaping are gorgeous. I see why it has awards. the staff was helpful courteous and fun. they really know how to take care of guests making me feel special. the blue ox restaurant offered great food every time for breakfast and dinner

the rooms have great decoration. the beds are comfortable providing a restful sleep. the bamboo villas are a wonderful retreat surrounded by beautiful gardens adding to the overall experience.

the staff demonstrated amazing hospitality. they always seemed smiling and friendly every day. fruit and coffee were available all day for free adding a nice touch. they provided a little present to us in the evening.

this hotel definitely earned its high rating! i found the staff to be cute. the gardens were beautiful, offering a relaxing and super calm place. the location was central to everything i wanted to explore.
I noticed the pool area could benefit from a few extra loungers. It seemed to get a bit crowded during peak hours, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel provides a very clean swimming pool and well maintained garden areas, with walking paths winding among tropical plants. I also saw available on-site parking, quite convenient.

the daily breakfast buffet had many options with local fruits. homemade bread also was offered (i loved it). the staff was attentive and always asked about my needs. the hotel arranged a taxi to chiang mai airport for me after my original taxi had a mix-up.
the pool did not have sufficient lounge chairs.

the staff was amazing and did arrange trips.
the room was small for the money we payed. the swimming pool did not have sufficient chairs to use. they never managed to provide gluten free bread at breakfast as they promised.
