Wonderful hotel experience
great facilities comfortable bed welcome gift
The facilities were great, and I found the bed huge and comfortable. I was able to check-in early, which I appreciated. A welcome gift of wine and olives upon my arrival.

charming stay!
helpful staff beautiful ground large terrace comfortable bedding
the staff was very helpful. the grounds were beautiful. my marina suite had a large terrace overlooking the bay. the amenities in the room were great. i especially liked the hairdryer and hair straightener. the bedding was also very comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, with a large buffet and for-order egg dishes. i enjoyed drinks in the evening at the bar.
the tv didn't work, i suspect big network problems affected it.

The staff offered a very warm welcome and remained helpful throughout the stay, readily anticipating my requirements . The service was attentive. the concierge booked me a reservation for the water circuit at the spa.

The hotel features a lovely spa with good services. the outdoor pool was very relaxing and also includes a pool bar. I found the food there very good, perfect for a light lunch after a swim. a fitness room is available too.

the hotel has superb views from the terrace. the hotel is located close to bilbao, it's very inexpensive. the beach is accessible with a short walk of 5 minutes.
