steep steps dark basement
the location of the hotel was acceptable.
the first room i was offered had several steep steps to the en-suite. i found the breakfast room to be in a dark, badly lit basement, which detracted from the experience. they charged us a supplement as it was a further upgrade to the room we had paid for.
