Really good Stay
convenient location attentive staff
The location proved convenient, placing me right in the heart of the area near boutiques and restaurants. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism consistently. Breakfast was a particular highlight. I appreciated the variety of options, catering to different tastes.
The pool water felt a bit chilly. It would have been more enjoyable with slightly warmer water.

colonial charm and great service
convenient location attentive staff amazing breakfast delicious dosas
i found the location very convenient, right in the heart of the french quarter. the staff was very attentive and professional. the breakfast spread was amazing, with many options. i especially liked the chef's dosas (they were great!).
The wardrobe in the room could have been taller. Hanging clothes was a bit awkward.

The staff was attentive, just like home. from the reception to the restaurant, the service was good. Every request was handled with speed.

The pool was a highlight, even though the water was a bit chilly (it was still refreshing!). the rooftop restaurant provided a great experience with excellent food and views. I found the architecture to be beautiful and relaxing.

poor food unprofessional staff
The room lacked some attention to detail, even though it had high ceilings. the food wasn't great either. also, i found the staff's professionalism lacking. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed standard. it barely deserves two stars, if it weren't for the pool.
