The location proved convenient, placing me right in the heart of the area near boutiques and restaurants. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism consistently. Breakfast was a particular highlight. I appreciated the variety of options, catering to different tastes.
The pool water felt a bit chilly. It would have been more enjoyable with slightly warmer water.

i found the location very convenient, right in the heart of the french quarter. the staff was very attentive and professional. the breakfast spread was amazing, with many options. i especially liked the chef's dosas (they were great!).
The wardrobe in the room could have been taller. Hanging clothes was a bit awkward.

poor foodunprofessional staff
The room lacked some attention to detail, even though it had high ceilings. the food wasn't great either. also, i found the staff's professionalism lacking. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed standard. it barely deserves two stars, if it weren't for the pool.
