The staff provided a helpful service. The breakfast included a great buffet with a wide selection of items. My suite was very comfortable. The restaurant manager gave us great recommendations. The waiters were friendly. I also found the reception staff to be great.
The bathroom was small with shampoo or conditioner samples unavailable. The shower gels had foil tops. I found it hard to open the shower gel packets. There was nowhere in the shower to place the soap.

The hotel rooms offered lovely views of the bay, really something! Breakfast offered a wonderful assortment, a true delight to start the day. The pool area was kept immaculate. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff.
The bathroom design felt slightly outdated, nothing major though.

I found several issues . the breakfast service was understaffed. Dirty tables remained uncleared for extended periods. coffee refills were slow, and i had to request assistance multiple times. also, the room's soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway disrupted my sleep. the thin walls need addressing, slow coffee refills
