the check in process was acceptable.

My room's toilet seat was broken, and the door didn't close or lock properly. This was annoying. the bedside reading lamp also didn't work, and the curtains were torn. the air conditioning wasn't effective either.

the breakfast was really nice. the swimming pool, was AMAZING. it's 30 meters long i think. Also the security, it was excellent.

the CARPET in my room, it was Filthy. the carpets in the corridors needs to be replaced. i think generally the ambience needs refurbishing, it is not good.
