nice stay at this great hotel
room upgrade dinner reservations shuttle service
i like they upgraded my room for one night. the team also helped book dinner reservations, it was very easy. complimentary airport and ferry pick-up and drop-off was useful. every staff member we met was warm and kind.

i usually don't write many positive reviews, but i found this hotel really good. The staff were very friendly and supportive i appreciated this. The breakfast was also quite tasty it offered many choices.
the hallways and common areas lacked air conditioning at all times this was a little uncomfortable.

attentive staff relaxing service super clean room needed assistance
The staff were very attentive. Thanos, the hotel manager, ensured i had everything i needed. the reception staff readily assisted with reservations. i used the spa and massage area, and the services provided a relaxing experience. the rooms were fine, and i found them spotlessly clean.
The air conditioning in the hallways seemed inconsistent. I found some areas warmer than expected.

The hotel provided complimentary transportation from the ferry terminal. This service added to the convenience. i noticed the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allowed for varied workout options. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods. there was a chocolate pie, a nice treat.

i stayed in a bohemian beautiful double. the room included a rainfall shower, which i appreciated. it also had two separate sinks.
The elevator was occasionally slow. It needed a bit of patience.

Really good Service and Beautiful Hotel
helpful staff amazing view
The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel provided complimentary airport pickup. They let us access our room before the official check-in time. Our room had an amazing view, and breakfast was very nice. It was one of the best breakfast buffets i've ever seen.
The delivery of their transportation service was not perfect. I had issues when I requested a transfer to the old town. I called the front desk more than an hour in advance, but I waited fifteen minutes.
