charmed by the superb service and spa

i found the staff warm and cute i arrived late and they prepared sandwiches the food included many options the desserts stood out i received excellent service from nikos and his team. the location was lovely on the seafront the rooms feature nice decoration and great cleanliness marco and ali. the spa services were fantastic i had several treatments including aromatherapy and candle massages the therapists were kind and skilled and the spa manager made helpful recommendations.
the all inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups this did feel a little budget.

the hotel enjoys a great seafront location and is close to many shops the area is a short drive from malia the position is perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

the rooms feature a good decoration and they are well cleaned my room included helpful cosmetics and the shower gel had a nice scent i was very charmed with the room's comfort.

the food included numerous tasty options with really good desserts the staff provided excellent service i particularly noted marco and ali the hotel offered a generous breakfast to all guests.

I appreciated the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view, it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I will return in the future.
I found that some of the chairs around the hotel showed rust.

The room provided nice, fluffy bedding for a cozy sleep, this was great. Fresh towels were available daily. I appreciated that the room was well-equipped with everything I needed .
