Decent stay, some aspects need attention

stale smell outdated furniture

The room had a noticeable stale smell upon entering. It wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely there and not particularly cute. I also found the dining lounge furniture to be quite old and outdated. (It looked like it was from the 90s!). I think that a small refresh of the furniture would greatly improve the feel of the room.

floating rubbish unhelpful staff

the pools were amazing for kids.

the whole place seemed drab. rubbish floated in the decorative pools near reception.. it really detracted from the experience. the staff were often hard to find and not particularly helpful.
