The housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes the patio door was left open after cleaning. this allowed insects and lizards into the room. the dinner buffet was also disappointing. Staff seemed inflexible and were observed eating from the buffet before service ended. (i found this quite unprofessional).

The staff were cute. they really look after this paradisiac place and make travelers happy. the room was spacious and clean. It had gorgeous views. fresh water bottles were refilled daily.

I am Fred from Germany. The room was Superior Double Room Halfboard Afternoon Tea. The air conditioning worked really well. The food was amazing. Staff were super friendly too.
The outdoor showers do not work. I needed to shower in the room after swimming. The shower in the room was rusted. The sink had a crack in the middle.
