The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant located in the hotel was amazing. The hotel created a real Italian family atmosphere.
My room lacked air conditioning, a problem. The room included just a fan.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at night. The advertised shuttle service to the funicular cost five euros per person. I thought it was supposed to be free.

The provided toiletries were definitely useful! The restaurant had good food and a great view of the Swiss mountains. I saw there was a shuttle service to the funicular for easy access to Como.
The road to reach the hotel had very difficult turns.
