Decent stay with some drawbacks
good variety helpful staff closed pool small room
i was so thrilled with the amazing breakfast, it had such a good variety! the staff was fantastic and were so helpful with everything i needed.
the pool and jacuzzi were closed because of the snow, so i couldn't use the spa as planned. my room was really small, especially for a junior suite, and there wasn't much space.

friendly staff amazing restaurant lack air conditioning no elevator
The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant located in the hotel was amazing. The hotel created a real Italian family atmosphere.
There were no elevators, so I had to use the stairs. My room lacked air conditioning, a problem. The room included just a fan.

useful toiletries swiss mountains shuttle service
The provided toiletries were definitely useful! The restaurant had good food and a great view of the Swiss mountains. I saw there was a shuttle service to the funicular for easy access to Como.
The road to reach the hotel had very difficult turns.
