The staff was helpful and resourceful. I found their attention to detail excellent. the location of the hotel was advantageous. I appreciated its closeness to the medieval town.

i noted a lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. the ev charger was non-functional which was inconvenient.

the gym facilities need updating. the equipment looked old and the room lacked windows. also, i experienced difficulties ordering drinks in the cafe (i was there more than once). language barriers with the staff created a frustrating situation.
