The staff provided great service. Breakfast was GREAT (especially the pancakes!).
The room was very disappointing. I found cracked tiles in the bathroom and the furniture looked somewhat outdated. noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable late at night. I couldn't sleep well.

the building has a great history associated with it and that was acceptable.
The restaurant was not good. the meals seemed poor and staff engagement was minimal. the parador felt overpriced. I expected better for the cost.

the disabled room included the largest bathroom i have ever seen and a very accessible shower. the rooms were located next to each other, which i appreciated. an unexpected treat was the free concert i attended in the onsite chapel! i found parking very accessible.
The room had heating i could not adjust. It was too hot. i was unable to use the air conditioning. the window could not be opened because of mosquitoes.

I found the historic building charming. It retains many original features. The location, just five minutes outside the town, includes ample free parking. The staff from reception were warm and cute. I found the breakfast fantastic. The hotel has style and culture in very quiet surroundings.

the staff was amazingly friendly. the location is special, the venue is fine, and the theatrical tour of the monastery was interesting. it was such a cool way to learn about the history of the place!!!
Our room was quite warm because of the heating, and we couldn't lower the temperature. we weren't able to use the air conditioning. It didn't work. we also couldn't open the window because of mosquitoes.
