friendly staff perfect location amazing restaurants
I found the hotel beautiful! It was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly.. so helpful. The location is perfect, right in the older part of town near amazing restaurants.

room issues overshadowed some positives
outdated bathroom inconvenient sockets
the room i booked wasn't quite right! the bathroom felt a bit outdated. i also found that finding convenient spots to plug in my devices was unexpectedly difficult. hopefully, they'll address these issues to improve the overall experience.

prompt assistance convenient parking central location
the reception staff provided prompt assistance with inquiries and requests i found the on-site parking quite convenient it offered direct access to the hotel i liked the location near the town centre it made exploring the area simple.
the room decor looked somewhat dated it needs some modern updates.

the hotel offered a pool with ample space for sunbathing guests appreciated the availability of lounge chairs i saw a gym with treadmills and weights it suited basic fitness needs.

our standard double room featured a comfortable bed and a private bathroom a writing desk and a chair were available i noted that the soundproofing was adequate for a quiet stay.

the reception staff was helpful and courteous they responded quickly to our requests i observed that the daily room service kept the rooms tidy. The hotel was well kept.

the breakfast buffet included various options such as pastries, fruits, and hot dishes i had dinner once at the restaurant i appreciated the fresh seafood. The restaurant offered local wines.

the location was right in the centre of things. my room was very spacious. the bed and bedding were very very comfy and tidy!!!
there wasn't anyone to help me with my bags. this was a bit of a struggle. there was no electrical charge point for the car :(. the car parking spaces are not fit for modern cars!!!

fabulous environment great location large pool uncomfortable bed few sockets bathroom upgrade
the hotel has a fabulous environment inside and out. the location is great with nice rooms. the facilities are lovely including a large outside pool.
the beds were not comfortable. the room was not really equipped for modern living, like sockets. bathroom and shower facilities need upgrading.
