I found the public spaces were well maintained. The gardens were wonderful, both public and private pools were heated with the public pool being kid FRIENDLY.

i find it hard to understand how payment reconciliation can't be worked out over that time frame! I was told the room wasn't ready at check-in time and asked to wait in the restaurant.
