the attentiveness of the staff really stood out to me. the concierge team, thomas and anja, offered great recommendations and helped arrange activities. i found the breakfast buffet to be a highlight, with many fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the selection of beverages was a great way to start the day, i thought.

the staff greeted me with smiles, made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. i thought the free shuttle service to and from the rail station was a nice amenity. it made arrival and departure quite convenient.

I found the location very convenient, close to the town center (a short, pleasant walk). i especially appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service from the train station. It made arrival and departure seamless. the outdoor spa became my favorite spot after a day of exploring. breakfast offered a wide array of fresh and healthy options.
the room i had initially booked didn't have the matterhorn view i was hoping for, though the staff were quick to find a solution.

The breakfast offered many options, and the food tasted great. My room had a view of the mountains, wonderful. I used the pool. It had two jacuzzis. I also found the beds with pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel had a shuttle, a pool, and a sauna! The staff was friendly and helpful too. The food at the grill restaurant stood out, and the breakfast spot offered tasty choices. Every detail seemed well thought out! I reminded me of I got my money's worth. The service was really good and my room looked fancy. Breakfast included real champagne, which I enjoyed. I found the view from the pool to be really good. It was a fantastic stay, overall.
